Payment in advance for the sessions booked, minimum sessions to book = 4. Each personal training session duration is 55 minutes to maximum one (1) hour.

One off session £50

Block option 1
Studio - £30 per session (minimum 4 sessions booking required - *Studio Sessions Only*)
Studio is located at Bury Road, Bamford, Rochdale OL11 4DQ

Block 2 option prices are based on minimum 1 session per week (7 days cycle).

Block option 2
a. Home and Outdoor x 4 Sessions = £160 (€40 each)
b. Home and Outdoor x 8 Sessions = £280 (€35 each)
 

Block 3 & 4 option prices are based on minimum 2 sessions per week (7 days cycle).

Block option 3
a. Home and Outdoor x 4 Sessions = £140 (€35 each)
b. Home and Outdoor x 8 Sessions = £260 (€32.50 each)
c. Home and Outdoor x 12 & 16 Sessions = £360 (£30 each), £448 (£28 each)

Block Option 4
If adding 2nd or 3rd person for training
a. Home and Outdoor x 4 Sessions = Add £10 each person for each session
b. Home and Outdoor x 8 Sessions = Add £8 each person for each session
c. Home and Outdoor x 12 & 16 Sessions = Add £5 each person for each session
